Interview Letter

I was grown so much impatience. every body I was tracking online like immigration.com and visajourney.com had not only recieved their interview letters but also had gone throught the interview too. they were waiting for their oath and some already had thier oaths and were now waiting for their passports to arrive. it was too much of tention and nervousness. I checked uscis site and their rule said to answer yes or no in 120 days which is roughly 5 months and still no sign of an interview letter. one day I was on uscis site and a page explained that if you dont hear within a certain time i think it was 80 days than you can open up a ticket and they will update you in 2 weeks time and if you dont get the update in 2 weeks you call a number and they will reply you with the current information. i tried opening up a ticket and message said your application is still in time frame. well i think the same week I got mine interview letter but may be with christmad and new year holidays its another 5 weeks wait for me to appear for my interview.

yellow Letter

rather than to recieve yellow letter I got yellow letter. told me to bring my state issued id card. it came on 22nd october.

Finger Printing.

done my finger printing. went to jamaica ave application support center. finding parking was a hassle. early morning will be more trouble. i suggest to go around noon. process was quickest ever in any uscis center. staff was very courteous. free book to study for civic test is being given at the time of finger printing.

Finger Print Letter E Notification

lately i had been checking my n400 status online twice a day every day even on weekends. pretty crazy haan? anyways i kno us work week is 5 days long but I was wondering coz i was tracking others on immigration.com n visajourney.com forums that they recieved their witing 12 days. so I was growing impatience. well today I just checked n my status was still at initial review but the message had changed to that a letter has been mailed to me about my finger print appointment. finally things seems to be moving.

I797 Notice Of Acceptence Recieved in Mail

Recieved form I797 Notice of Action - Notice Of Acceptence in mail Today. I hope I get mine Finger Print Appointment Soon. I read early walkin is possible and can fast your process a little. dont know how much of truth in it.

USCIS Acceptance Confirmation‏

Recieved email from USCIS telling me they have accepted my n400 application. email read Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. n400 Mailed Again

n400 mailed again. this time signed & completed.

n400 Returned

August 8, 2011 n400 was returned with form I-797C, Notice Of Action. Telling me I didnt sign my application. how stupid of me? was very sad.

I sent my n400 completed on August 1st, 2011
